1 ) Iron Ore
Mineral content : 63.5% and above ( Reject 61.5% )
Purchase volume : min 40,000 Mt to 100,000Mt on a monthly basis.
1st trial shipment on spot purchase.
Thereafter if products is deemed satisfactory, a possible 12 months contract can be re-negotiated.
2 ) Manganese Ore
Mineral Content : 42% and above ( Reject 40% )
Purchase volume : min 25,000 Mt to 80,000 Mt on a monthly basis
1st trial shipment on spot purchase. Thereafter if product is deemed satisfactory, a possible 12 months contract can be re-negotiated.
All offer must be accompanied by the following documents prior to making an official FCO to the buyer;
1 ) Available past SGS Test report or international recognized surveyor.
2 ) BL ( Bill of Lading ) from supplier's previous shipment to prove credible track performance record.
Kindly please quote your offer based on CIF/CNF instead of FOB.

We have 2 firm orders from China for Mazut M-100 Gost 10585-75 having 50.000 MT per month per customer for annual contract. We must let you know that, severally we have been let down by non-existing, Gost Sellers, and as a results of past experience, we do not want in any way wish to experience the same. Hence, we are genuine buyer. We are really looking for a reliable business partner to establish a mutual business understanding in between two companies. We therefore request if you/mandate will and can not perform, please let us know, that we may not even go beyond this point. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note the following:
. No upfront payment/s for, if any registration and notarization of contract fees requested. Such fees will be borne by seller.
. We will return the FCO with BCL, Therefore the POP must feature at early stages in your operation procedures.
. Allocation number of products must be shown in your FCO.
. The ICPO, will only be addressed to the End-Seller/Refinery, and not to the 2nd or 3rd party.
. The POF, will not be made to 2nd or 3rd party, ONLY to End-Seller/Refinery.
. Will only act on a SCO that is on End-Seller/RefineryÆs Letterhead Signed and Sealed by the End-Seller/refinery.
Please be kind enough to send your SCO with full specs for buyer consideration, if the price and terms accepted, ICPO will send immediately.
