1) Monthly qty 50,000 MT one year contract basis.
2) CIF or CFR China main port price per MT.
3) Payment terms: DLC at sight 98% + 2%.
4) 2% PB from Seller.

Sir/Madam,
We are currently looking for gold sellers. Preferable direct gold seller. My buyers are in Malaysia and they are looking to buy gold.
Conditions for dealing
1) no upfront payment at all
2) full and final payment by TT after fire assay report at buyer refinery
3) before going into long term contract , a trial order of 2 to 10kg needs to be done.
Sellers to bring over the gold to Malaysia , and buyer will accompany seller to the buyer refinery, after fire assay buyer can pay in cash if required only in Malaysian currency or buyer can TT over the money to seller designated account.Note for seller , in Malaysia gold less than 5 kg don't need to declare and even more than that just need to declare but no taxes at all.
If any seller who is looking for a mandate , then I can also put my services forward to them. If the trial order goes through, than buyer willing to buy 100kg per month for 2 to 3 years contract.
