Dear Manufactures,
We are in looking for rubber or synthetic rings of size 19mm thickness and 640mm diameter, that the rings must be fitted in two wheel trolleys.
The should be elastic enough to be manually stretched over the side, or wall, of a 640mm diameter pulley, then cling tightly to the 'floor' 620mm diameter.
The surface protruding outside the pulley will be in contact with non-oily factory floors also varying road surfaces so a matte finish or tread design is required, also of course abrasion resistance. They will be fitted to two-wheel trolleys operating in air temperatures from 0 to 45 degrees Celsius at speeds up to 45 km/hr with total weight being up to 140kgs.
We would like to have prices for 10 off, 100 off and 500 off.
